Founder's Log And IT Support Statistics For January 2021

Its the end of the first month of 2021 and we are already back in lockdown. But, that won't stop us putting out our IT Assistance and Support statistics!

In January, 73 fans of Kimbley IT got in touch for assistance or support. 98.2% of them contacting us through instant messaging, which is the quickest method to contact us and get back to work. The side got let down by one individual who decided to phone for support.

Out of those 73 fans, 65 asked for assistance and 8 needed support. Assistance is where someone wants to know or get shown how to do something better, and support is where something is not working as it should.

Of the 73 people who got in contact, 71% of individuals were back to work within 5 minutes of sending an instant message. 23.3% took more than 5 mins but less than 30 minutes. 4.1% took between 30 minutes, and one hour took over 1 hour.
