How the referral program works.

It is a straightforward program; all you need to do is introduce us to a decision-maker at a business with more than five employees. When they become a client, we will give you a 25% cut of the net profit we make from them for the first 12 months! For those unsure what net profit is, it is the amount of money remaining after all associated costs have been removed.

So, for example, if you introduced us to a business with five employees and they signed up with us, you should get enough to buy yourself a decent Macbook, TV or domestic weekend away. Of course, the more employees a business has, the more you receive!

For simplicity, there is a legal agreement that you need to sign so that neither of us gets in trouble with the taxman, and so you can't pinch a client you've introduced to us if you run or decide to start your own IT support company! There is also no commitment, targets or anything like that, so if you don't ever send an introduction to us - no sweat. But you might as well have the agreement signed, sealed, and in your back pocket if you do.
