How we help you with your printer problems.

With the help of Google Workspace by Kimbley IT, many clients have now become paperless, no longer printing documents but sharing and collaborating on them through Google Drive and using Google Forms and Appsheet to collect data, rather than completing paper forms.

By going paperless, these clients are not only saving a significant amount of money by no longer needing to purchase reams of paper and expensive cartridges. They are also helping the environment as a quick Google search will show you how harmful printing is to the environment.

Sometimes subscribers get in contact with Kimbley IT for a printer problem. While we don't support printers, we will always try and help to see if we can find a quick fix together - or better still, a way for you not to need to print.

Sometimes a quick fix isn't possible, and we will direct you to contact whoever provides support for your printers. Again here we will tell you what needs to be requested.

Kimbley IT will always help and guide you on a fix, but we won't spend hours trying to rectify a problem when support is available from the printer provider.

The best way to avoid printer problems is not to print unless you have to post it. Otherwise, there are far better ways to share data - which we are happy to assist you with using.
