Founder's Log And IT Support Statistics For February 2021
Here are the February 2021 IT assistance and support statistics for Kimbley IT.
In total, end-users contacted us 60 times, a decrease over January 2021. Out of these contacts, 50 were for assistance (where someone wants to know or get shown how to do something better). The remaining ten requests were for support (where something is not working as it should).
93.3% of our fantastic end users had a question resolved in under 5 minutes of their first instant message getting sent. 21.7% took between 5 and 30 minutes to fix, and one request took between 30 mins and one hour.
93.3% got in contact through instant messaging - the fastest way to get a response; three users opted for a slower response and emailed, and one opted to use the archaic productivity-killing phone to contact us!
Our stats also showed that if their businesses had offered regular IT training to their teams, 33.3% of people who contacted us would not have needed to do so.
