How do I install the Kimbley IT Support Software for Windows?

This guide will walk you through installing the Kimbley IT Remote Support software on your Windows computer. This software is primarily used to give us remote access to your computer so that we can help you when you need assistance and support.

Step-by-Step Guide

In the email you have received, click the link to download the software.

Once you click the link in the email, your web browser will open, and you should see a screen similar to the one below.

Click the download button in the top right corner to download the required file to your Windows computer.

Once the file is downloaded, you need to open it by double-clicking on the downloaded file. The file will be named AGENT with a number after it.

Once you double-click the file, a permissions window may open; if it does, click Yes to let the software install. Nothing else should appear on your screen; the software will silently install in the background. Using Google Chat or replying to the installation email, send a message to let us know you have installed the software so we can check that everything has been installed as it should.
