Use "Find A Time" In Google Calendar To Schedule An Event That Works For Everyone.
On average, it can take between 3 to 5 emails back and forth to arrange a meeting with someone, which is time-consuming and often frustrating.
Applications like Gmelius allow you to publish your available time. All you need to do is send a link; the other person can then select a slot and auto book a meeting with you, whether internal or external.
However, Google Calendar in Google Workspace also has a similar function built-in, called "Find A Time", but it works best when arranging meetings with people who work in the same organisation as you. For appointments with people external to your business, you're still better to use something like Calendly or Gmelius.
How to Find A Time to meet in Google Calendar
There are a few ways to use Find A Time in Google Calendar; below is the most common.
Open Google Calendar
In the box "Meet with..." enter the names of the people you want to meet.
Their calendar will now get overlayed on top of your calendar, making it very easy to find times when all participants are free to meet.
Next, create a new event in free space, and hit save.
And Google Calendar will send an invite to everyone you selected to meet.
