If there is a service I like, I should be able to go to the company's website, get all the key details of the service and most importantly, get the exact price I will need to pay for the service. There should be no "starting from" no "ranges". It should just name the price.

That is why, for over a decade, Kimbley IT has listed the price it will cost you to the penny to partner with us and benefit your business with excellent IT assistance and support. No other IT provider I know openly states the price, making it easy for you to purchase. I will take this a step forward and break down the price you pay into its parts so you can see how the money you pay us gets used to fund the service we provide to you. This will allow you to see the value provided in greater detail than ever before.

At Kimbley IT, your business gets charged based on the number of team members you have per month; the price is currently £100 per team member per month excluding VAT and includes all this. So you know how that money is spent, here is a breakdown of where the money goes.

Assistance and Support Licence

The most important part of the service is where your team interacts with us when they need assistance and guidance on how to do something better or more efficiently. Or where they need support to help them with something that seems not working as it should. In addition to this, all the "behind the scene" work is included, such as onboarding and offboarding team members, monitoring system, verifying backups, rolling out new features in Google Workspace and, of course, access to our decades of experience and knowledge, letting you get things done faster!

  • From the monthly price you pay us per team member, the remainder after the below-listed costs are covered comes to Kimbley IT.

Google Workspace Licence

To be a client of Kimbley IT, your business must use Google Workspace as its primary productivity tool. To ensure this, we included the cost of Google Workspace in the monthly price for our service. So, if you're already using Google Workspace and moving to Kimbley IT, we will include your existing Google Workspace subscription in our monthly cost.

  • So, from the monthly price you pay us per team member, £20 goes directly to Google for the team members' Google Workspace licence.

Enhanced Backup Licence

Many IT providers will offer backup as an extra you need to pay on top of the monthly costs for IT support. At Kimbley IT, we see the role of backups as vital and are included in the service we offer, not an optional extra. Our clients have often been thankful that backups are included in the service.

  • From the monthly price you pay us per team member, around £5 is used per team member to back up their data each month. This amount varies slightly per team member depending on the quantity of data needed to be backed up.

Cyber Security Licence

Security for your devices, data, and team members is not an additional cost; it is included in your Kimbley IT IT support package. We use up to five layers of security to protect your business from cyber threats. We don't publicly discuss what we do as we don't want the bad guys to know, making it easier for them to attack—you don't want that!

  • So, from the monthly price you pay us per team member, £15 goes directly to funding the security systems we have in place to protect your business.

Remote Support and Monitoring

We have a software agent installed on your team's computer so that they can be assisted easily and quickly. This allows Kimbley IT to connect when assistance is needed and monitors your IT so that any anomalies can be detected and updates can be installed without interrupting your team members.

  • From your IT Assistance and Support package, around £2 per device goes to funding this service.
