Cloud Search in Google Workspace let you search all your stuff at once

Cloud Search in Google Workspace lets you search all your emails, appointments, notes, files stored in Google Drive and more in one go.

To access Cloud Search, click on the "App launcher" in Gmail, select Cloud Search, or go to cloudsearch.google.com.

Next time you can't find what you are looking for, run a search in Cloud Search.
