Here are the IT Assitance and Support statistics for July 2021

That's it. July 2021 is done and dusted. As usual, here are Kimbley IT's monthly IT Assistance and Support statistics. Compare them to the IT support company you use, then move to Kimbley IT as they won't compete.

Seventy-six subscribers got in contact with us in July. Out of these, 72.5% got in touch for assistance, where they want to know how to do something better. 27.6% got in contact for support, where something is not working as it should.

Within 5 minutes of getting in contact, 78.9% could get back to work, know something new, or using something that was not initially working correctly. The remaining 21.1% of subscribers got back to work within 30 minutes of the first contact.

96% of subscribers opted to get in contact through our unique instant messaging system - which is the fastest option. Two subscribers emailed, and one decided to use the slowest way to get in touch by using the telephone.

Sadly, eight password reset requests came in, where subscribers have not bothered to store their passwords correctly. Which I believe should be a sackable offence. Use a Password Manager!

Out of everyone who got in contact, we believe 71.1% of subscribers would not have needed to get in touch with us if the businesses they work for provided regular training sessions through the Learning Session by Kimbley IT programme.
