We don't support Zoom but will help you - if you have to use it

Our recommendation to all clients to use Google Meet for video calls. Google Meet is the most straightforward and most secure video calling solution available, and you all have access to it as part of your IT subscription with us.

Anyone can join a Google Meet video call, and no software is required to be downloaded and installed, participants simply click a link, and the video call will open in Google Chrome.

If you have to use Zoom; we will help you with it, but we don't support it. Questions about Zoom will take longer to answer than for Google Meet because we will need to Google the answer, rather than knowing the solution of the top of our head - as we do with Google Meet.
