The Founder's Log - June 2022

This month we welcomed a new client to the Kimbley IT family. A pharmacy business with stores dotted around the UK.

Their Go-Live date is set to take place in September. Over this month and next, we are exploring their current IT systems. To understand how they get used and what devices and data they have to provide the smoothest transition and migrate them to Google Workspace by Kimbley IT.

James visited our client Zappshelter based in Dundee in Scotland, to record a brand new client story which should be released in August.

June Assistance and Support Statistics

In June, 74 subscribers got in contact. Of those getting in touch, 60 requested assistance (they want to know how to do something better). The remaining 14 asked for support (something is not working as it should).

62.2% (46) of subscribers who sent a message to us received a response and returned to doing their work within five minutes. 36.5% (27) received a reply and returned to their work within 30 minutes. One support case took over thirty minutes but less than one hour to complete.

93.2% of subscribers contacted us through our client's unique instant messaging service, the fastest way to get a response. In contrast, three subscribers opted to log an old-fashioned email ticket. One used the phone to get in contact, and one used WhatsApp, which was risky as their message could have been missed.

We believe 11 subscribers would not have needed to contact us during June if the companies they worked for had offered regular training through Learning Sessions by Kimbley IT.
