Introducing Google Vids! A new product coming to Google Workspace by Kimbley IT.

As the UK's leading Google Workspace integrator, we at Kimbley IT were super excited when Google finally announced Google Vids to the public at Next 2024. Our clients had a few hours' early notice of this new product, and the excitement shown was truly incredible. 

So, what is Google Vids?

Like everything with Google Workspace, Google Vids is an entirely online video creation and editing suite that you access through Google Chrome. Not only that, but it includes Google Gemini, so even if you have never created or edited a video production before, Google Gemini, based on the prompts you provide, will create everything you need for the perfect video presentation, from fonts, audio and stock imagery that you can collaborate on and share with teammates. 

When can you get your hands on Google Vids?

Google Vids will be rolling out in June for early access use, with access to all coming later this year. As usual, Google Workspace by Kimbley IT customers will get access before any other UK-based IT support provider offering Google Workspace. 

What will it be like to use it?

Like Docs, Sheets or Slides, you'll create a new Google Vid from inside Google Drive and see a familiar interface to start creating and collaborating in your Google Vid. Watch our walkthrough video below.
